Mrs SA semi finalist determined to be the catalyst for change that SA needs

Mrs SA semi-finalist Sanele Simmons wants to be an example to girls and young women that anything is possible, no matter where you come from.

To help raise funds for Cansa, as it is supported by the pageant, Simmons would also like to assist the country’s efforts to end HIV/Aids through the charity organisation.

“I want to be an ambassador for the country locally and internationally,” she said.

Simmons said she would use the platform to enhance her career in modelling and in the entertainment industry and also strengthen her professional network so that she can create more opportunities for herself and build a legacy for her family.

“This will also fulfill my late mother’s dream. I know this is what she would have wanted for me. I would like to make her proud!”
