JOBURG â€“ President Jacob Zuma released the long-awaited Fees Commission report.
The commission was tasked with investigating the feasibility of free higher education in the country after student protest’s in the form of #FeeMustFall.
The report was released on 13 November after 12.30pm and this is what social media users had to say about the report:
